Nayapana estate is located in the Uda Pusselawa region at around 3000 feet elevation in the central highlandsof Sri Lanka. This tea has been produced in dry weather and has the quality and flavor as a stand alone tea. It has a bright cup color and offers a smooth mouth feel and a lingering after taste. Due to the lower oxidation this tea should be prepared with care. Use 2 grams (1 teaspoon) for 8 ounces water and steep for no more than 5 minutes @ 195F
