How to make ManiKitchen Tea

Loose Leaf HOT TEA :-
Our micro blended, Hand crafted fine teas make it easy to pause and take a brief respite from your busy day. Refresh your senses and enhance your well being with any of our fine teas.

Use 2grams or 1(one) teaspoon for 8oz water.
Use more for strong tea.
Stir for contact between water and leaves. Tea leaves will unfurl during brewing. Whole leaves give multiple infusion unlike broken leaves.
For best results use soft water.

White Teas: 7-10 minutes at 200F
Green Teas: 3-4minutes at 170F
Oolong Teas: 4-5minutes at 190F
Black Teas: 5-6minutes at 212F
Herbal Teas: 5-6minutes at 212F

Purple Jasmine: 2mintes at 175F
Purple Rian: 4minutes at 190F
Purple Chocolate Teas: 4minutes at 190F
Purple Mint: 6miunutes at 190F
Purple Leaf Teas: 3minutes at 175F

Re-Steeping is optional, if you wish a 2(second) cup. It give you the mild flavor and lighter or weak tasty. 4-8minutes will helped to adding aroma. You’ll still reap the same rewards.

ICE TEA :-
Hot Method
Place 1 filter bag or 3tablespoons loose leaf tea in a pitcher/jag and add 1 quart of hot water from the tap at maximum heat. Leave for 5-6 minutes. Remove bag and pour into ice filled glasses.
Cold Method (Medium Extraction)
Place 1 bag or 3tablespoons loose leaf tea in a pitcher/jag, add 1-quart cold water and leave for 60mins. Pour into ice filled glasses.
Refrigerator Method (Least Extraction)
Same as cold method and leave overnight.
Sun Tea Method
Same as cold method and leave in the sun for 4 – 5 hours.

The taste will vary depending on the water temperature. For best results use soft water or spring water.
